Our Weddings Abroad and Honeymoon Voucher service allows you to create your dream wedding abroad or honeymoon with our expert help. We create a gift list from your chosen honeymoon and create your own personal gift list web page for your guests to view and book on line. This allows your wedding guests to contribute towards this unique gift. Something that you'll always treasure - your honeymoon memories.
How does it work?
You will need to contact us with some brief details of your requirements. We promise to respond within a day of receiving your requirements to discuss your wedding abroad or honeymoon. Depending on where you live this could be in your own home, in our wedding and honeymoon suite (by prior arrangement), by phone or email. With you we will design the wedding abroad or honeymoon of your dreams. We will then make all the arrangements and bookings and take from you the necessary payment, usually a deposit.
Our customised service is a stress-free way to plan your wedding abroad or honeymoon and from this point onwards you can leave the rest to us! We put together your personal web page splitting your honeymoon into bite size affordable chunks for your guests to purchase on line. You can even add suitcases or specialist equipment to your wedding gift list that you may need on your honeymoon i.e. snorkelling equipment. You can also tell your guests why you have chosen a particular destination and you can include other personal details if you wish
We provide you with cards referring your guests to your web page for you to include with your wedding invitations. We also encourage your guests to buy their gift before your final payment is due. We do this by giving them a travel incentive and free gift box to present their gift voucher to you on your wedding day. Every time a guest buys you a gift on the easy to use secure system, you will receive an email notification telling you what has been purchased and by whom. If you prefer not to receive emails we can let you know by phone or text on a weekly basis. Two weeks before the final payment is due we will let you know the total amount collected. If the amount exceeds the remaining balance we will send you a cheque or arrange a BACs for the difference.
From your guests point of view they will be able to locate your wedding gift list easily and quickly. So buying your wedding gift will save them time with no trip to the shops, no queuing and no searching for wrapping paper with our beautiful little presentation boxes. We recognise that some of your guests may not have access to the Internet and we are more than happy to accept payment over the phone or by personal cheque.
How much does the service cost?
Our Weddings Abroad and Honeymoon Voucher service is completely complimentary to our weddings abroad and honeymoon clients. We do however make a small charge to your guests if they choose to pay by credit card.
