Legal and documentation requirements
Las Vegas is one of the easiest cities to get maried in, there are no residency requirements simply complete a marriage license application and present essential documentation at the Marriage LIcence Bureau, County Courthouse, both parties must be present. A marriage licence in Las Vegas costs approx $55. After the marriage ceremony at which ever Las Vegas venue you choose you will be presented with a souvenir marriage certificate to take home and another copy will be filed with the County Clerk. You will need to purchase a certified copy of your Marriage Certificate which is proof of marriage from the the Las Vegas Wedding Bureau. It can take 2 - 3 working days to obtain, you can collect this in person from the Wedding Bureau or mail a request for it to be sent to your UK home address.
